REDUCE COST

We reduce the cost and uncertainty of supplying contract manpower. Crews are placed on CLS payroll and are contracted to clients on a day-rate basis. A simplified invoice including all personnel costs can be generated weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on the need of the client.

Complete Logistical Services is providing Commercial Diving Personnel as Independent Contractors in order to support the Offshore Oil Gas Industry. Our personnel are experienced in a variety of tasks including inspections, pipeline P&As, tie ins, jetting, salvage scrapping, drill rig support sub sea assembly, and many other specialties. The focus of our Subsea Division is to provide the proper personnel for each project, with a focus on safety and performance.

Our Team

Our managing partners are second generation maritime logistics professionals, with experience in Foreign Vessel Logistics within the U.S. Gulf and surrounding ports.

The CLS team was built upon their expertise in vessel and cargo chartering, U.S. Government formalities, transportation dispatch operations (offered around the clock, 365 days a year), freight forwarding and project management. CLS has worked under the supervision of NASA, USCG, BOEMRE, FBI, DOI and DNV.

Spencer Sens

CEO and President

Bringing more than 20 years of experience to Complete Logistical Services, Spencer directly oversees key logistical services for the offshore industry, including stability and lashing plans for heavy lift cargo, marine equipment rental, environmentally-friendly waste water collection and treatment, and personnel supply services. Prior to joining CLS, Spencer served as Vice President of U.S. Gulf Operations for Seagull Marine, Inc/Agility Project Logistics, where he was responsible for marketing and managing services for the offshore construction industry—and guiding employees in various offices throughout the U.S. Gulf and Mexican Gulf ports to ensure all projects were handled efficiently within client and government guidelines

Beginning his career as a Boarding Agent in 1992, Spencer brings a wealth of experience to CLS from his previous positions. He served as General Manager for Inchcape Shipping Services, where he optimized all operational services and organizational efficiencies within the New Orleans Port office. He has also served as Commercial Director for Gans (USA), LLC; Director of Marketing for Riomar Agencies, Inc.; and Director of Operations for RioInternational, Inc.

As a member of the Gulf States Maritime Association, Spencer has served on the board of directors for approximately seven years, including positions of Secretary, Vice-Chairman and Chairman. He has been a member of the New Orleans Board of Trade since 1995 and a member of the New Orleans World Trade Club since 2007.
