CLS is seeking a Branch Administrative Assistant for our client in New Orleans, La! Candidates should be able to assist the team by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful presence in the workplace. Contract to hire opportunity for those who put their best feet forward!
• Must be comfortable with computers
• Must excel at both verbal and written communication.
• Proven customer service experience in an environment with heavy call volume
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Assist sales staff and management with various clerical/administrative tasks
• Assist in scheduling & coordinating deliveries
• Enter orders into computer system, accurately
• Assist others in the company with answering phones, greeting visitors, etc.
• Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party or take messages with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
