Complete Logistical Services was founded in 2010 by CEO Spencer Sens, who envisioned an organization with the ability to match qualified professionals seeking maritime careers, offshore jobs, oil rig jobs, diving jobs, or commercial and heavy civil construction jobs with companies in urgent need of staff.
Over the next decade, CLS expanded their job opportunities from maritime, offshore, and diving, to other specialties such as manufacturing and industrial jobs, facilities management, oil and gas, commercial construction, renewable energy, warehousing, administrative support, engineers, surveyors, IT services, and transportation and logistics.
In the beginning, CLS was a small, useful resource for clients to use when they were in a pinch. Now, thanks to the passion and drive of the CLS team, this small business rapidly expanded and took root as an indispensable staffing partner for many companies. During the start-up period, Spencer had a mantra: “I can do it.” He applied this mentality to every project and client along the way. As CLS expanded, that mantra evolved into: “We can do it.”
