Our managing partner is a maritime logistics professional with over 25 years of experience in vessel logistics, within the Gulf of Mexico and internationally. As CLS expands to include new industries, such as construction and renewable energy, we introduce members who are also well-versed in these areas. Our team members are knowledgeable in U.S. Government formalities, transportation dispatch operations (offered around the clock, 365 days a year), freight forwarding, and project management. CLS has over 75 years of combined staffing experience and has worked under the supervision of NASA, USCG, BOEMRE, FBI, DOI, and DNV.

Spencer Sens

Spencer brings nearly thirty years of experience to Complete Logistical Services. As Chief Executive Officer, he oversees the company’s domestic and international activities, strategic planning, customer relations, safety and company culture.

Prior to founding CLS, Spencer served as Vice President of U.S. Gulf Operations for Seagull Marine, Inc/Agility Project Logistics, where he was responsible for marketing and managing services for the offshore construction industry. He was also responsible for oversight of employees in various offices throughout the U.S. Gulf and Mexican Gulf ports, ensuring that all projects were handled efficiently within client and government regulations.

Beginning his career as a Boarding Agent in 1992, Mr. Sens brings a wealth of experience from his previous positions. He served as Commercial Director for Gans (USA), LLC, Operations Manager and Director of Marketing for Riomar Agencies, Inc, and Director of Operations for RioInternational, Inc. He has also served as General Manager for Inchcape Shipping Services, where he optimized operational services and organizational efficiencies in the New Orleans Port office.

Spencer has served on the board of directors of Louisiana Maritime Association (NOSSA) for approximately seven years and held the positions of Secretary, Vice-Chairman and Chairman. He is a member and has served on the Board of Directors of both the New Orleans Board of Trade and The Propeller Club, and is also a member of the New Orleans World Trade Club.

Angela Verdin

Angela Verdin proudly serves as President of Complete Logistical Services, LLC. Angela joined CLS in 2015, and has also served CLS in the capacities of Chief Financial Officer and Controller. Previously, Mrs. Verdin was Controller for Jindal Tubular, USA (formerly PSL North America, LLC), an international spiral pipe manufacturer of oil and gas transmission assets, and has held various accounting and management positions with energy companies such as Entergy Corporation.

Cumulatively, Mrs. Verdin has over twenty-five years of experience in accounting and business management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Southeastern Louisiana University, and has an MBA with a concentration in Accounting. She is a member of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association (LOGA), where she serves on the Board of Directors and Tax Committee, is a member and past President of the Greater New Orleans Executives Association, is a member of the New Orleans Financial Executives Group, and has been an active Vistage member for over five years.

Waylon Brown
Vice President, Commercial

Waylon Brown serves as Vice President, Commercial for Complete Logistical Services, LLC. Waylon joined the organization in 2015, and has also served in the capacity of Commercial Director. Prior to joining CLS, Mr. Brown served as the Marine Operations Manager for Cal Dive International, an international commercial diving & marine service company in the oil & gas sector. Mr. Brown brings a unique leadership style to the organization as a result of his time served as a U.S. Army Officer with the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.

Mr. Brown brings over twenty-six years of experience in oil and gas, leadership, relationship building and a passion to learn something new each day. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental & Sustainable Resources from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a member of the Offshore Marine Service Association (OMSA), Louisiana Oil & Gas Association (LOGA), International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), Association of Diving Contractors Inc, American Staffing Association (ASA), and Vistage worldwide. Mr. Brown balances his time as an avid outdoorsman, mentor, and coach when he is not bringing lives to your businesses.

Nicole Kellum
HR Manager

Nicole S. Kellum serves as Human Resources Manager at Complete Logistical Services. Nicole has been a Human Resources professional for over fourteen years, with experience largely focusing on talent acquisition, employment, recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, HR operations, and project management and implementation. Nicole is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Nicole is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the New Orleans, Louisiana Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Nicole enjoys working with people and helping others to positively impact CLS, its clients and the community.

Seth Sutton

Seth Sutton serves as Controller of Complete Logistical Services. Seth has worked in both operations and finance for over 12 years. Seth has experience working in both small and large companies. Seth began his career in public accounting working with Ernst and Young, LLP gaining experience in the healthcare, insurance, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining CLS, Mr. Sutton served as Assistant Vice President Clinic Operations for Ochsner Health Systems, and prior to that was the Controller for both Ochsner and MHM Urgent Care. Seth brings a unique experience having worked in operations; understanding how to run a successful business and how to ensure appropriate accounting and finance functions are in place to ensure financial stability.

Seth is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he obtained both his Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Accounting. Seth also is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in both Mississippi and Louisiana. Seth is a member of the Louisiana Society of CPA’s, as well is the current commissioner for the New Orleans Softball League. Seth is an avid softball enthusiast, outdoorsman, and amateur gardener when he is not in the office.

Al Rogers
Director of Operations

Al Rogers serves as Director of Operations at Complete Logistical Services. Al proudly served in the Marine Corps for over 27 years and has parlayed his operational experience to the staffing industry. While new to the industry he is excited to incorporate valuable lessons learned from the Marine Corps while sequentially learning and growing operationally in an entirely new arena.

Al is a graduate of The Citadel, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 2021 and is the proud father of four children. He dedicates most of his free time to quality time with his family.

Amanda Polkey
Division Manager - Diversified

Amanda Polkey is Division Manager - Diversified at Complete Logistical Services LLC, leading company efforts for diversification into land-based industrial and professional staffing services. As a Certified Staffing Professional with over 20 years’ experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Amanda has been recognized as an industry leader and expert among her clients and peers, while fulfilling various leadership positions.

Previously, Ms. Polkey was a consultant for People 2.0 where she supported Staffing & Recruiting Agencies in launching or diversifying into a recurring revenue stream, by adding contract staffing to their business model. As a back-office expert she consulted with headhunting and staffing firms across 11 states in the Southeast US region, primarily focusing on IT, Engineering, Accounting and Office Services. Prior to consulting she spent 19 years in commercial staffing around the LA/TX/AL/MS Gulf of Mexico hub. During her tenure she gained professional experience in manufacturing, construction, ship building, wholesale, retail, government, production, distribution, and other industries. She strategically partnered with clients to provide talent consulting, recruiting, direct hire and retained search executive placement, project management, temporary staffing and employer of record services.

Amanda gives back to the local community by holding board positions as VP of Membership for NOLA SHRM, and Past President/Advisor to the board for ABWA, New Orleans Chapter. She enjoys educating the community on talent acquisition strategies and time engaged in family activities.
