The CLS team of staffing experts was selected based upon their extensive experience in maritime staffing, warehouse and manufacturing staffing, oil and gas labor and office or admin jobs, within the Gulf of Mexico and internationally. As CLS expands to include new industries, such as construction and renewable energy, we introduce members who are also well-versed in these areas. Our team members are knowledgeable in U.S. Government formalities, transportation dispatch operations (offered around the clock, 365 days a year), freight forwarding, and project management. CLS has over 75 years of combined staffing experience and has worked under the supervision of NASA, USCG, BOEMRE, FBI, DOI, and DNV.

Spencer Sens
CEO

Spencer brings nearly thirty years of experience to Complete Logistical Services. As Chief Executive Officer, he oversees the company’s domestic and international activities, strategic planning, customer relations, safety and company culture.

Prior to founding CLS, Spencer served as Vice President of U.S. Gulf Operations for Seagull Marine, Inc/Agility Project Logistics, where he was responsible for marketing and managing services for the offshore construction industry. He was also responsible for oversight of employees in various offices throughout the U.S. Gulf and Mexican Gulf ports, ensuring that all projects were handled efficiently within client and government regulations.

Beginning his career as a Boarding Agent in 1992, Mr. Sens brings a wealth of experience from his previous positions. He served as Commercial Director for Gans (USA), LLC, Operations Manager and Director of Marketing for Riomar Agencies, Inc, and Director of Operations for RioInternational, Inc. He has also served as General Manager for Inchcape Shipping Services, where he optimized operational services and organizational efficiencies in the New Orleans Port office.

Spencer has served on the board of directors of Louisiana Maritime Association (NOSSA) for approximately seven years and held the positions of Secretary, Vice-Chairman and Chairman. He is a member and has served on the Board of Directors of both the New Orleans Board of Trade and The Propeller Club, and is also a member of the New Orleans World Trade Club.

Angela Verdin
President

Angela Verdin joined Complete Logistical Services, LLC in 2015 as Controller, was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, and then President in 2019.

As President, Angela provides leadership to drive and execute the strategic vision of the business, remove obstacles and barriers to long-term success, champion the organization's people and culture, and ensure the company's continued acceleration of top and bottom-line growth. Her career spans more than 25 years of experience in accounting and business management.

Prior to joining CLS, she served as Controller and Interim CFO for an international SAW pipe manufacturer, and served in various roles for Entergy Inc., a Fortune 500 electric power production and retail distribution operation.

Angela developed her considerable expertise by working her way through organizations and understanding customer needs at every level. Angela knows how to make ends meet, which she has repeatedly demonstrated throughout her career, and enjoys her work because it allows her to help other people.

Her future ambitions are to continue leading, and to see those who work with her thrive in roles they love. She draws great satisfaction from inspiring people and organizations to grow and prosper. She says the key to leadership is remaining open to all scenarios, never judging people or situations, but finding commonalities, discovering the unknown and embracing new possibilities.

Angela was born to a small family and raised in a tiny town in the "Ark-La-Tex," a corner of North Louisiana, South Arkansas, and East Texas. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from William Carey University.

She is an active Vistage member, among many other peer associations, is an active member of the American Staffing Association, and the Louisiana Oil & Gas Association, where she serves on the Board of Directors and Tax Committee.

Recent awards include the 2022 Top 50 Women Leaders of Louisiana award by Women We Admire, a 2021 Vistage Leadership Award (finalist), and she was honored with the 2021 New Orleans 500 award for Influential, Involved, and Inspiring Executives by Biz New Orleans.

Waylon Brown
Vice President, Commercial

Waylon Brown serves as Vice President, Commercial for Complete Logistical Services, LLC. Waylon joined the organization in 2015, and has also served in the capacity of Commercial Director. Prior to joining CLS, Mr. Brown served as the Marine Operations Manager for Cal Dive International, an international commercial diving & marine service company in the oil & gas sector. Mr. Brown brings a unique leadership style to the organization as a result of his time served as a U.S. Army Officer with the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.

Mr. Brown brings over twenty-six years of experience in oil and gas, leadership, relationship building and a passion to learn something new each day. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental & Sustainable Resources from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a member of the Offshore Marine Service Association (OMSA), Louisiana Oil & Gas Association (LOGA), International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), Association of Diving Contractors Inc, American Staffing Association (ASA), and Vistage worldwide. Mr. Brown balances his time as an avid outdoorsman, mentor, and coach when he is not bringing lives to your businesses.

Nicole Kellum
HR Manager

Nicole S. Kellum serves as Human Resources Manager at Complete Logistical Services. Nicole has been a Human Resources professional for over fourteen years, with experience largely focusing on talent acquisition, employment, recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, HR operations, and project management and implementation. Nicole is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Nicole is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the New Orleans, Louisiana Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Nicole enjoys working with people and helping others to positively impact CLS, its clients and the community.

Seth Sutton
Controller

Seth Sutton serves as Controller of Complete Logistical Services. Seth has worked in both operations and finance for over 12 years. Seth has experience working in both small and large companies. Seth began his career in public accounting working with Ernst and Young, LLP gaining experience in the healthcare, insurance, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining CLS, Mr. Sutton served as Assistant Vice President Clinic Operations for Ochsner Health Systems, and prior to that was the Controller for both Ochsner and MHM Urgent Care. Seth brings a unique experience having worked in operations; understanding how to run a successful business and how to ensure appropriate accounting and finance functions are in place to ensure financial stability.

Seth is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he obtained both his Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Accounting. Seth also is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in both Mississippi and Louisiana. Seth is a member of the Louisiana Society of CPA’s, as well is the current commissioner for the New Orleans Softball League. Seth is an avid softball enthusiast, outdoorsman, and amateur gardener when he is not in the office.

Al Rogers
Director of Operations

Al Rogers serves as Director of Operations at Complete Logistical Services. Al proudly served in the Marine Corps for over 27 years and has parlayed his operational experience to the staffing industry. While new to the industry he is excited to incorporate valuable lessons learned from the Marine Corps while sequentially learning and growing operationally in an entirely new arena.

Al is a graduate of The Citadel, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 2021 and is the proud father of four children. He dedicates most of his free time to quality time with his family.
